The process begins with an initial consultation and concept design phase, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks as we establish the project vision and basic layout.
Next, we enter the design development phase, refining the layout, materials, and specific details over 3 to 6 weeks, often in close collaboration with the client to align the design with their lifestyle.
Following this, we prepare for council submissions, which can take 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the design complexity.
Finally, the project goes into the technical drawings and contractor coordination stage, lasting about 4 to 8 weeks, to ensure that all design elements are accurately translated for construction. Throughout each step, we keep clients informed, so by the time construction begins, they are confident and excited for the transformation ahead.
