The project begins with an initial consultation, developing of the design brief and followed with establishing of a budget. This process typically takes 1 week to complete.
Once the budget and brief are approved the concept design and design development phase are undertaken, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks as clarify and finalise the project vision and design style.
Once the design has been developed we prepare 3D visualisations of the exterior while we prepare the project for Council Submission.
During the design development phase we, work in close collaboration with the clients, refining the layouts, material selections, and specific details, to align the design with their lifestyle and needs. Depending on the design, the scale of the project, and the complexity of the project, the amount of time required to conclude this stage can vary greatly.
