Our full-service design process is built to deliver seamless, stylish transformations.
STEP ONE: REFLECT
After a quick call to determine how we can assist, we’ll schedule an onsite consultation. As we listen to your design goals and learn more about your lifestyle needs, we’ll also discuss feasibility and look to unlock untapped potential of the property. With nearly a decade of design experience we can accurately answer questions about high-level costs and timing.
STEP TWO: REINVENT
Once we’re aligned, we’ll document your property and request all the additional documentation that is needed for us to proceed with understanding the property. We’ll explore the functionality you need, and define a visual language that is inspired by your favourite items. We’ll present a series of design sketches and later on present fully realised concepts along with floorplans, elevations and 3D’s renders.
STEP THREE: REFINE
As we continue to hone in our design decisions with the design and professional teams, we’ll ensure that every part of the concept is thoroughly reviewed and researched. You can leave the majority of the sourcing to us – we already know the perfect suppliers or trade specialists who can take our plans to the next level.
STEP FOUR: REVEAL
During the approval and execution processes, we’ll take care of all of the sourcing, quality control and problem-solving. Our business is founded on our knowledge and hands-on approach.

A Guide to Our Processes

INCEPTION
We’ll talk about your ideas, validate the project and ensure we understand your budget.
02.
CONCEPTION & VIABILITY
We’ll plan out the project conceptually and create a design in 2D space, planning what materials and details we’ll use.
03.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Here we’ll start understanding how the project will fit int the practical 3D space, bring on board our development partners & start planning the construction.
04.
PROCUREMENT
Bringing together all the aspects of the project and planning the sourcing, finding building partners, and signing all the contracts for the build to begin.
05.
CONSTRUCTION
We’ll manage the relationship with the construction company, ensure the project stays on track, and do regular site checks so that you can feel safe knowing we’ve got it all under control.
06.
CLOSE OUT
As this process usually spans months and even years, it’s always bitter-sweet to say goodbye. We like to close out all projects with as much finesse as the design and build process – Providing you with as-built drawings, certificates, relevant technical data and guarantees from suppliers on completition of the project.
